Spa Shima is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00. Access is available with a valid membership, paid treatment, or as part of a staff-accompanied introductory visit. All guests must complete the required consent and health declaration forms before using the facilities.
Mobile phones are not permitted inside the main spa facilities. In relaxation and therapy areas, please switch off your phone or keep it on silent to preserve a peaceful and private environment for all guests.
Please leave jewellery, watches, mobile phones, and other valuables outside the spa facilities. Spa Shima cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during your visit.
Guests with medical conditions, blood-pressure concerns, heart conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or sensitivity to heat and cold should consult a medical professional before using the spa facilities. If you feel unwell at any time, stop using the facility and notify a member of staff immediately.
Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in Spa Shima. Guests aged 15 to 18 may use the facilities only when accompanied by a parent or guardian and with written consent.
Please move carefully throughout the spa, as floors may be wet and slippery. Running, jumping, glass objects, dangerous items, and the use of electrical equipment with wet hands are strictly prohibited. Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
